But in new poses! Varen was the first one I did, so his isn't so great... also I don't like how Wilden looks, and after starting on the colors I realized I kind of just used the same pose Aogami drew him in. I love Lily, though! As always <3
If you're wondering why I keep posting this human stuff to Inkbunny, it's because when I thought up these characters in 2007 in 9th grade, I had an animal associated with Varen and Lily, and then I eventually decided on one for Wilden, too. At some point, I will draw transformed versions of my team and post those here.

I toyed with fox for Lily, but I went back to bunny for a couple of reasons, the primary one being that it just fits better with my Bunny of Billabo story. She is also just so bouncy and cheerful that a bunny suits her far better than a fox. ...Suddenly I recall a YouTube video of two foxes playing on a trampoline.
Lily Lily has had her bunny transformation power from conception, but the identity of both her parents remains a mystery. She was taught archery by a wise old woman named Willow in the woods. The woman also helped her start to hone her nature-manipulating powers, but Lily proved to have far greater powers than Willow, so that training could only go so far. After Willow died and returned to the earth, Lily set out to explore the world, meet new friends, and further her mastery of natural magic. At some point during their journey, Lily helped her two new friends to attune to their soul animals and achieve partial transformation. Age: 12
Varen Varen is the son of Daniel, the hero who vanquished the Dark Wizard 14 years ago. He was born with the power of dark magic already infused in him, and his mother helped teach him to control his dangerous gift... until she was killed by unknown assailants when Varen was 10 years old. Under the guise of looking for someone to continue what his mother started and help him keep his powers under control, Varen set out from town to seek his mother's killer and deliver a painful death to that person. Age: 13
Wilden Wilden is the son of Silva, the warrior woman who helped the hero Daniel to defeat the Dark Wizard 14 years ago. He was blessed with the healing power of light while in his mother's womb. His father is a miner, and Wilden is an apprentice under the local blacksmith so he can craft his own weapons and armor for use as a knight (a paladin only after he learned to channel light magic). He and Varen were friends from early childhood, and they share a close bond. Because of that, Wilden senses Varen's true motives and accompanies him on his journey, telling Daniel that he would act as Varen's bodyguard. Secretly, he hopes to bring peace to Varen's troubled mind and turn him from the path of revenge. Age: 13
