This is Tiana Sukuo (pronounced: Sue-koh). Her peculiar last name was a suggestion from a friend and I just liked the way it sounded. She is a Tsuni because she was created back when Sylvia thought Botani was her only surviving child and is albino, which is why her eyes are piercing red (often used to disguise the fact that she's basically an incarnation of Sylvia, but lesser known as such). She has a younger brother named Marshi, who is also an albino Tsuni and based loosely on Kao.
Tiana is a very important figure in the Starmaninjian universe as she is the owner of the large corporation that produces goods for all the Starmaninjians all over the world. She is the owner of the many shops you come across and has virtually every item that a Starmaninjian would need in her massive shopping mall, the "Tiana Towers". Despite sounding rather eerie, Tiana is a very benevolent leader and ensures that not only are the Starmaninjians able to get all the products they need to survive, but that anyone who donates their time to help her create, produce, and distribute the products she makes are treated with the upmost respect. She doesn't take adversity very well, and gives a strong impression that she will protect anyone under her arms, even if it makes her look rather unmerciful.
Personality: On the outside, Tiana looks very serious, strong, and like a natural born leader. She has a very bold voice and is willing to take charge of any event that may need her attention. On the inside however, Tiana is a very motherly and gentle type who likes to relax and has a bit of a dominatrix complex hidden inside of her. She enjoys being in power and being on top, but still prefers to be respected regardless of her position, and likewise, pays great respect to anyone who treats her and everyone she cares about well.
Power: Tiana is a very powerful martial artist and possesses immense strength and reflexes. She tends to hold a dignified nature about her, but a swift karate chop or punch from her is enough to dent a steel wall...500 miles thick. She has this immense power so she can protect those around her from harm and malicious intent. She boasts the power to showcase her lack of mercy for evil types, but she rarely wants to lift a finger if it means using it to threaten anyone as with her strenght, she greatly prefers to be non violent when possible.

Fun Facts:
Tiana's position is directly related to Sylvia. Even though the Universe was created by Siberia, Sylvia became a part of the universe indirectly when she thought her daughters were gone. She created several STarmaninjians in memory of them. You can tell which ones are hers and which ones are Siberia and Kiara's because Sylvia's Starmaninjians tend to be very overly protective and seem to be constantly heavy minded.
The fact that the Starmaninjians were all created by different beings (Sylvia, Siberia, Kiara, and Wolfgang), their designs are very similar because the design is meant to be a tribute to each of the other's styles:
Wolfgang = the cartoony and wild appearance
Siberia = the soft and gentle looking appearance
Kiara = the strong dominant appearance
Sylvia/Kao = Their kind and parental personalities and nature.
