Background/History – Mizumi was bred in Kalos to be a powerful battler, and imported to Orre by Cipher at a very young age. As soon as she was old and strong enough to survive the transformation from normal to Shadow Pokemon, it was made. Having been raised by a Cipher admin all her life, she's reluctant to admit that what the organization is doing is wrong, and although she is aware of it in the back of her mind, she chooses to remain loyal to her trainer.

She has a big crush on Shezmu. She finds is power attractive and feels validated in beig loyal to Cipher because he also is.

Personality – Mizumi tends to be selfish and possessive, having somewhat of an entitlement complex. She gets jealous of anyone who gets close to those she cares for, and scounrful of anyone who gets in the way of what she wants. She's also clever and can be manipulative, with an abiity to “read” people and know what the “right” things to say and do around them are. She is genuinely friendly and pleasant to anyone she doesn't see as a threat, rival, or obstacle. Because of this, she makes friends and allies easily, and there are few who dislike her.

Habits – Likes to use her stealth abilities to eavesdrop

Body – Physically fit, with altered colors and extra x-patterns on her shoulders due to being a Shadow Pokemon.
