Class: Villain (But can be a hero if you ask him very nicely :-P)
Abilities: - Can move in almost complete silence - Is fast and agile - Can telepathicly manipulate peoples underwear to do what he wants (mostly administer wedgies)
Bio: Wedgie Fox is a crafty supervillain. He lives to administer painful and humiliating wedgies to unsuspecting victims, and aided with his ability to move in complete silence most victims dont even know he's around until they feel their underwear shoot up their back.
Wedgie Fox has the ability to telepathicly control peoples underwear and can even cause underwear to materialise onto people not wearing any; he is also able to telepathicly alter the fibers in the underwear to make them stronger in order to withstand more intense punishment, and he can even lock wedgies in place permanently so their victims or anyone else can never undo them until he orders it (if he decides to order it), some of his recent victims have been stuck in hanging wedgies for close to three days!
Wedgie Fox has also been known to kidnap hot guys and take them back to his secret lair to make them into his own personal wedgie slaves which he uses for target practice, general amusement and to keep the lair tidy (you try keeping a secret lair in a presentable state when you're a full time supervillain :-P).
Wedgie Fox is also very technologically minded and has invented several devices capable of administering all sorts of wedgies, although he is most comonly known for his evil "portable wedgie traps" cunningly disguised as presents which when opened play out a pre programmed torture scenario on their intended victim.
