A magical horse that purifies evil... By firing an exploding rainbow fom his butt... Yeah
He lacks the ability to talk, but he can understand any language
He is able to telepathically influence his thoughts to anyone, not mind control but if he tells someone to jump they don't hear someone telling them to jump, they just know he wants them to jump, whether they do is up to them
He has access to a form of hammerspace where he holds artifacts from different worlds he's visited
One such item is a sword made of pure light that cuts at a molecular level and his main offensive weapon
He has the ability to fire a rainbow beam out of his horn, originally this beam was fired from his rear but he's stopped that
His magic is limited but powerful, besides his beam he can also levitate his body to move around at quick speeds almost as if able to fly
He can also teleport short distances
Personality
Arrogant and thick headed, he will take on any challenger no matter how impossible the fight if it means protecting those he cares hore, but will stop others from attempting the same, willing to die so they don't have to
Can tell almost instantly who is god and who is not
He will always defend those in need
