This looks really great! I like the design on the mouse's suit and the lighting effects used throughout. My only crit would be that some of the textures you used - the hexes on the suit and the scratchy film grain type stuff on the green mushroom and leaf in the foreground don't conform to the shapes they're on and really flatten the objects to the point where they look almost like 2-dimensional cutouts. PS has some great warping tools for stuff like this, and actually if you do a grayscale depth pass you can map a texture organically to it without trying to manually get it to warp properly.
