Character Description
Function: He is to tell kids to not trust strangers and tell kids his stories about when he was on the force.
Level of intelligence (measured against a person): He is above the averages persons but not above Kathy’s or Kat’s.
Passive/Aggressive: He was never meant to be an aggressive dog but something about others fighting makes him that way and now he's like this all the time since he had that small incident in ‘98 he is still shameful about it and doesn't want to talk about it.
Personality
Programmed personality: He is a friendly dog who protects others from harm and is to use force only when necessary he knows all the cods for police radio talk and can he a really stubborn dog when he wants to.
Background/History
Backstory: He is the youngest out of his family but he didn’t mind it since they treated him with respect and Charlotte made him a cake since he was born on that day so he was happy to have them around. He loved to ready about police manuals and what they did so he was given the job to tell kids about how to stay safe and be a good child and never stray from the good path of being drug free. But one day he saw a shady women come and he had his suspicions about her then when Kathy was in danger he couldn’t stop it he did what any cop would do comfort the grieving he did what he could do to help Kat but to no avail. Then one day in the summer of ‘93 he saw Kathy but she looked different but he had to tell kid of one of his stories, once he was told by one of the kids that they haven’t seen their friend, he heard a woman yell that five kids were killed in the basement of the dinner. Shocked he was the first to respond and went to investigate and found out Kathy’s suit was used to lure the kids and knew who it was right away but the real police didn’t believe him. After the kid here forced into the suits Ranger was angry and wanted to tear the guard apart, Kat told him that they will make the guard pay for what she has done. The three days passed and Ranger helped get the women down there and got the suit out and forced her in. “This is what I call justice is served.”
The bite of ‘98
After that happened they went back to normal work but in the spring of ‘98 Ranger felt something was off with his servos and hardware that day and before he went out he felt his feral side was coming out and when he went out he was with a child and his dark side made him bit the child’s neck and he drew blood and he was pulled off the child and was pushed into his little police station area and wasn’t allowed out of his station since.
