Very cool. it has two rulers with the demo the elipse and straight ruler you can edit them with alt or ctrl.

I love the line tool you can see me fiddling with it there, modifying the density and width. very cool. Fiddled with some layers, and now you can apply multiple layer editing filters.
It runs faster thats for sure. No save but heres the screenshot of the scribblings.
The Watercolour tools nicer with tons more colour blending etc. Definatly an upgrade when its available.
