After exposing the waistband, we simply remove it with a pair of surgical scissors. Parker had to step in the shot briefly to put a pacifier in PT Leon's mouth so he'd stop crying, but also to justify this being a diaper picture. With the waistband gone, the underwear becomes limp, but is still held up by several factors.
