Whew, I had to redraw Botani because I wanted to see him digitally done. I finally succeeded!

The title may seem a bit odd, but while drawing him and thinking about who he is, I decided to add him to the Ratzu family, which helps explain a lot. Yes...Botani is Siberia and Kiara's younger Brother.

Now this helps a LOT in many ways. For one, All the Starmaninjian Deities are female for a good reason. They are all the first of their species and therefore the "mothers" of their species. Botani and Admiral are special cases in that they're both male, but their specialness comes from the fact that Tsunis, who are otherwise known as "Foxes" and Amphians, who are known as "Aquatic lizards", are essentially based on the original species "Ratzu and Dranan" anyway. Botani being an original soul because of his relationship with Kao and the other creators means he can create his own species, which is why he's the "Father of all Tsunis".

Botani's back story is a little sad though, but the creation of Starmaninja did have a few bumps on the way. Botani was actually conceived in Sylvia when they were still on Earth, but his birth was supposed to be later than that of Kiara and Siberia (who were born at the same time). However, when Sylvia found out about Kiara and Siberia's death, while still pregnant, she delayed the birth of Botani until after she died and ascended to Starmaninja. As such, Now some new story reveals that Sylvia didn't initially recognize her daughters when she reached Starmaninja (which explains why she's pretty hostile towards them, or at least Kiara in the older drawings), and because of this, Botani created his own planet, Botanorest, under the guide of his mother, to be a planet where Nature would be the dominant force. Botani spent most of his time growing up under Sylvia, while Kiara and Siberia spent their lives trying to revive their father, so the family isn't fully reunited until AFTER the Starninja Story Finale, where Kao and Sylvia are finally reunited in body and soul (the first time).

Later on, Kao and Sylvia (as Twilight) go to planet Botanorest so Kao can see his long lost son. Kao didn't realize that Botani was his son initially, but this is the reason why he ends up going to Botanorest first in Starmaninja Galaxy, and the reason why Wolfen lives his life in Botanorest. The story where Wolfen meets Rhozia runs parallel with Kiara meeting her long lost brother and catching up to him after 10,000 years of "living in the dark"

Botani ends up marrying Zena early on in his life and fathers Zenni, Flower, Charmy, and he keeps a close watch over Botanorest. His relationship with Kao is the reason why the Botanians seem extremely attracted to him.

Personality: Botani is a very kind and caring type like Siberia, but is quite a bold and confident type like Kiara. He proudly boasts his strength and expresses his dominant nature, but in such, he ensures everyone that he does so with the love of a father. Many Starmaninjians idolize him as the ideal "father figure", and males pray to him for guidance, but while he initially may not realize it, he greatly resembles his father.

Power: Botani is a god and Sylvia made sure he was raised knowing it. He has limitless power, and being the brother of Siberia and Kiara, he is of the "creator" status in the Universe. He focuses his power on strengthening nature and making sure it can provide for all the organisms, while never being subject to being controlled by any one force. He also is in charge of the biological aspects of the Starmaninjians. So you have HIM to thank for why Starmaninjians can store near limitless food in their bodies and why they almost never get sick.

Trivia:
Honestly, the biggest one is him being the brother of Kiara and Siberia. That even surprised me! Er...Hello Son! *swivel*

Technically because of this Wolfen often refers to Botani as "Uncle Botani" despite them TECHNICALLY being brothers. He doesn't do this until way later though...like after he marries Rhozia.

Botani is one of few males with a naturally dominant personality. He often is portrayed as being like a chieftain or Tribe leader, akin to Mufasa. Speaking of which, Botani's voice is VERY similar to Mufasa's but a LITTLE higher pitched since he's a Fox.

Botani doesn't really realize what Starmaninja is until Starmaninja Galaxy. Siberia did tell him about it earlier though, which is why he allowed the meteor to take some of his creations to planet Starninja. That means for 8000 years, he didn't know he was in Starmaninja or even what Starmaninja was.
