...Is that a uncocked single action revolver? If so, that tells me exactly nothing. If it's an uncocked double action revolver, again, nothing, save for the owner preferring the revolver. Many people today still prefer the simple firing system and reloading system offered by a revolver. I prefer semi-auto clip based pistols myself, due to the ease of reloading. Just got to follow the OoO fully to correctly reload them.
