"I was fishing through my music folder and decided to listen to Yoshi's Island music again. Dear god I love that game, and it got me wanting to play it again. I popped the game into my DS and listening to the opening theme and drooled, oh the childhood memories. About an hour (and a few accidentally installed trojans) later, I found the sheet music and in a day or so this came out =) Enjoy!
