i thought the bit of 87' happened to a night gard after the events of the second game and foxy was put away because he was active at a crime scene (the foxy death-game) and/or was traumatized by seeing the dead kids and knowing who the killer is and not being able to do anything about it... plus i always thought that foxy was just trying to check up on you since he knows who the killer is and he is NOT persistent in the first game, aka the last game to happen in the story-line. ...
