fruit dragon, yellow fairy dragon, mini forest dragon
Sex/Gender
male/female
Species
Flower Dragon
Age
unknown
Character Description
This yellow dragon is no larger than most doves and lives high in the canopies of tropical rainforests. They primarily feed on nectar of flowering plants or ripened fruit. These dragons are often spotted raiding bee hives and are speculated to have a keen sweet tooth. They use their claws to pry open the bark of trees to get the honey and sap contained within. No specimens of this species has been captured for study and most behaviors remain mostly to speculation. Further research and study of this mysterious species is needed.
Personality
From some brief sightings of these small dragons we can assume that these creatures are highly social creatures. Often found in groups of 5 or more they seems to be most easily spotted when shiny objects (Like metal, gems, or mirrors) are left in the open or we accidentally leave sweet food from our meals on the table. If any loud noise is made these dragons are quick to flee. Also if any humans are present in the area, these dragons remain hidden till the human leaves their home territory. Loss of equipment and damage to personal property is to be expected if you're going into the home range of these dragons. Also these dragons will perch in the trees nearby our camp if a calming song is played and this has allowed us to take photographs of the creatures.

Body
This dragon appears to lack any obvious scales and appears to have yellow leathery, waterproof skin. The fluffy tails of the adults are speculated to be used to help incubate the eggs since the rest of the body lacks plumage.
Clothing
None
Accessories
Males have longer sharper claws than the females that grow to almost 2 inches in length. Also males have deer like horns that sprout and continuously grow throughout the dragon's life. Females lack horns and their claws on average grow only about an inch in length.
This is an egg gift I received from DefenderBunny. I decided to repost it on my account plus redo it in my style. ^^ The original concept and art isn't mine.
