this is highwire, a galvanic mechamorph from galvan B, he is a next generation prototype, having all abilities of common mechamorphs as well as the ability of bonding to organic life forms and being able to heal or convert them into galvanic mechamorphs as well, an unintended effect but they were unable to remove this feature as it was hard wired into his life code, but during his transport to an off sight training academy for the plummer police force the ship he was on was attacked and destroyed, he escaped by bonding to a data core that crashed on earth some where, in human years he is roughly a year old.
