Character Sheet for Remington 'Darrenson' Munchlax
Character Description
Remington the Munchlax is a strong Pokemon who is somewhat of an adventurer.

Characteristic: Impetuous and Silly
Remy is the most well defended and will tank any attacks for his friends so they can take out the toughest of enemies. At the same time, he uses his bulk to his advantage to fight weaker opponents head-on. Although he is a physical fighter by nature, Remy will not hesitate to use his ranged abilities to fight. Never-the-less, he uses his weight to his advantage when in direct conflict with another Pokemon. One example of this is throwing himself at his opponent’s head and forcing them off balance. Remy’s body is more capable of taking blows without permanent harm, so he happily will defend his friends by taking blows for them. His move-set consists of Body Slam, Metronome, Hidden Power (Psychic), and Thunderbolt.
Body Slam is Remy’s go-to move for melee combat. Whenever an enemy is close enough, bam - just hit them up with his body and down they fall. That said, Remy also uses this attack to force larger enemies off balance so his friends can assist in making them fall.
The wild variety of moves Metronome can generate is astounding, making it difficult to use in the field. Remy, however, is a curious Mnchlax and likes to take his chances. Oftentimes, even if the resulting move is of poor use in a specific situation, he does his best to make due with what he’s given.
As Remy’s first long-range move, Hidden Power (psychic) came into his move-pool when he was a child. Time and again it has proved its effectiveness both in and out of combat. Remy can use this move to lay traps, grab objects from afar, and even make his opponent slap themselves in the face amusingly. It’s amazing how useful a small ball of psychic energy can be when employed properly.
Remy often uses Thunderbolt to hit fast moving or flying enemies. The move is most effective when used in conjunction with his weapon of choice, the Chargestone Staff.
Personality
Remy is a Male Munchlax who is very childish and silly in nature. He does know when things are serious but will still take a moment to make a witty remark or roll his eyes at something when appropriate. He is very optimistic about life and is eager to go on any adventure.
Likes/Dislikes
He enjoys friends and being around other Pokemon, and he loves it when he is accepted by others. That being said, he gets very sad when somebody shows dislike of him, though sometimes he will have trouble recognizing if somebody wants him to go away.
Background/History
Remy is from the continent of Statera. In the past, he was part of a guild known as the Freedom Guard. The Guard served to try and keep order in the land by taking missions given to them by the population. (( something along the perspective of PMD, but more serious and with more specified purposes )).
Relatives/Family
Remy came from a town called Ten'Sora, a port city in a southeastern region of Statera where multiple deities are worshiped by the masses. His father was a Snorlax named Darren. His mother has not been named yet. Remy is best friends, practically brothers, with Pyren Monferno as a child and still is to this day. Amelia Mawile is in a similar position, being like a sister to him.
World/Setting
Statera is a politically torn continent that has seen plenty of bloodshed. Remy and his friends were at the forefront of many situations in the past. The biggest events that happened during Remy's lifetime are the rise of a major Crawler Nest under a capital city, a war between the Pokemon of Arcanor and those of the Xoran cult, a major increase in Marauder Warband activity, and a final event that forced Remy and his friends to leave Statera...
Body
Remy is as big as an average Munchlax, but is a few inches to a foot taller. He has most of the generic features of a Munchlax, although some claim that his 'bib' is longer than others.
Clothing
Remy does not generally wear clothing
Accessories
Remy wears two accessories: a white scarf and a pink shell bell necklace. He often wields a weapon called a Chargestone Staff - as the name implies, it's a staff with a chargestone fixed on the head. Welding the staff enables him to use Charge, as well as aim ranged attacks more accurately.
