Yes, he is a pilot here wearing the goggles over his eyes as he flies his little red airplane. The design for the plane is indeed inspired by Chip & Dale, probably the reason for me becoming a part-time artist. He is flying with Aura the riolu, who earned a free ride in a contest over in FA. I have about a dozen other prizes to fulfill over the next month or so ^^
