Another eBay find. Original animation cels for the short segment in Season 1, Episode 51 of Tiny Toon Adventures called "Tiny Toons Music Television."
I must admit, I had seen this episode YEARS ago until very recently. I had forgotten about this little one appearance character. But I found it weird that there was a LOT of fanart of this character, and I didn't even remember her from the show. But now that I look at her, it's easy to see why she's got those fans. ;-) Fun fact: Julie Brown did the voice of Julie Bruin herself, and was also the voice of Minerva Mink from Animaniacs. Yet another furry babe with a fan base.
Generally the system back then was to add something outrageous so that the rest of the show would seem tame compared to the one portion of the cartoon. Something tells me the Board of Censorship was out on sick-leave that day.
