The expression of one's gender is a type of internal sexuality, as far as I am concerned. Societal defaults associated with specific gender roles is a non-issue in an inkbunny type of environment which disregards behavioral norms of genders. In this sense, if it mattered really, a person could be defined orientation - internal sexuality - behavioral sexuality.
An XX could be straight - female - tomboy, or an XY could be heteroflexible - transgender - feminine.
