I have to apologize. It seems that I confused Blinky Bill with another Koala. I checked the Wiki, but there is NO mention of Blinlky having a witch sister, nor of living on a sky-island using portals or magic to get to places. The Wiki let me down and did not tell me of this other Koala series, nor could I find him in a book on cartoon animals. GoogleImages also let me down. I have one magazine to check, and, if it lets me down, then I \won't know WHERE to look.
