A bit unusual submission for me, I guess?

This is Christa, or Chris. She's a bit of a tomboy, she's sassy and curious. I've had her since 2002 Every now and again I just feel like drawing her. Carefree innocent fun.

I've been watching Winnie the Pooh like 4 times a day (blame my autistic kiddo) and I've been inspired to try and draw in that style. Flat colored characters on a painted background. Clearly, I'm in dire need of a better program (I still use OpenCanvas for everything... too cheap to get photoshop.)

I'd like to practice this style some more, if anyone is looking for a cheap commission.
