The Last of the Time Lords, which traveled through the Ponyverse in his TARDIS in search for new life and adventure.
Personality
She is an old woman trapped in a young body. She is rather wise for her years, yet can be exceptionally childish when it comes right down to it. Also, she can be rather slow on things when it comes to romance or when there is something important in front of her and overlooks it.

Likes: Celery and whipped cream* (Had to replace fish fingers and custard. Can't have a meat eater pony JUST YET.), Adventures in the TARDIS, her companions, reading, bowties and fezzes

She hails from the planet Gallifrey from the constellation of Kasterborous. Although, as of date, she is normally from her TARDIS.
Body
A gray mare Earth Pony with short black hair and green eyes. Curvy body build, although is slightly shorter than most of her regenerations. Measurements are 36-24-36, making this form a DD-cup. Height is 5’9, weight is 195.
Clothing
Her outfit consists of a white button-up shirt, red suspenders, red bowtie, a brown and black skirt with matching tweed jacket with elbow patches that she normally wears as a cape. Also wears a red fez all the time, as well as a watch on her left wrist. She thinks fezzes and bowties are cool. Also, the skirt has pockets for anything she needs, like her new Sonic Screwdriver. On the front of the skirt is her cutie mark.
Accessories
Her Sonic Screwdriver, as well as the fez she always wears on her head, despite other ponies always taking it away from her.
