Nobody tried the Toon Meme so I figured I'd show you how it's done.  It's pretty self-explanatory... you just draw your own character in the style of a cartoon, past or present.  From left to right, here are the characters and shows I used:

TOON 1: Camilla Aquino/The Replacements

The Replacements is a surprisingly enjoyable Toon Disney series about a couple of orphans with a direct line to FleemCo, a large and improbably generous corporation that grants wishes to anyone who asks for them.  Hey, it doesn't make a lot of sense, but how could you complain when it's this entertaining?  Anyway, this is Camilla Aquino drawn in the show's simple, angular style.

TOON 2: Byron Lennox/Jojo's Bizarre Adventure

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure is a hugely popular Japanese comic book series that eventually inspired a straight-to-video animated movie and a video game by Capcom.  Each of the characters in this mature action series is armed with a "stand," or ghostly alter ego with supernatural abilities.  I based this drawing of Byron on a losing portrait in the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure video game.  It didn't turn out all that well, making me wish I had just tried putting him in Jojo's flowing blue trenchcoat and hat.

TOON 3: Byron Lennox/TaleSpin

This series needs no explanation... you're not much of a furry if you don't have at least a passing familiarity with the adventures of Baloo and Kit Cloudkicker!  Anyway, here's Byron, drawn as he might have looked if he had appeared on TaleSpin.  Fun fact: Byron's design was heavily inspired by Kit's, which is why you may have noticed some similarities between the two characters.

TOON 4: Sunny Silveren/Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends

Yeah, this one just didn't work out at all.  As simple as it is, it's pretty tough to replicate Craig McCracken's art style.  I started out basing this drawing on Wilt, then Goo, then Mac, and wound up with whatever THIS is.  Oh well, it never hurts to try, right?

I encourage the rest of you to give this meme a shot.  I'd really like to see what you could bring to it!

Personally I think the Sunny design looks like a mix of those mid-2000s Christian Cartoons & Sonic Underground
