My OTP (even though it's OCxFC) *w*
This, ladies and gentlemen, is a new series I have recently invested myself in. It's called LEGO Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu and I am deeply in love with the show! <3
I basically made them meet inbetween when Zane and Jay found their true potentials. She took over the blacksmith shop Kai and Nya used to work at and the serpentine find out and assume she is friends with the ninja and use her as a hostage. The ninja save her and give her a ride back to her place but when she tells them where she lives… Kai gets mad.

when she tries to return and go on normally there's an ambush waiting there for her so the ninja (and Kai hesitantly agrees) decide that she should stick with them until they defeat the serpentine that way she'll be protected. At first her and Kai kind of don't get along but they develop crushes on each other. They both refuse to admit it and simply continue on with a love hate relationship until they went through an incident where Kai almost lost Christy and they decided to secretly start dating simply so that the others don't pester or tease them about it.
It's only after the Overlord is defeated (the first time) when they finally announce their relationship to everyone.
