I loved that episode too. I have it on iTunes. I really wished the show had a season 5. I wanted to see if Capt. Shuggazoom was okay, what happened to the original Mandarin, Sparx and Nova get together finally, the final battle and the epilogue. It's not fair, it was a good show. I still watch it after 8 years or so.

It's a kids show and he's a main villain. I doubt it. Also I wanted to see another flashback episode like Golden age where they explained how the Alchemist became Skeleton king. I want to see some Chiro back story, that room with all of his old stuff that Skeleton king had on his ship raised questions but no answers. Plus he biggest fear was being a little helpless kid in Night of fear, that also says something terrible happened that he really doesn't want to talk about.

Nah, the time frame doesn't work. Chiro would be way older then he actually is. Capt. Shuggazoom looked in his late 20 or 30's in the flashback episode and now he's like 70 or something like that. So he would have been in stasis for like 40 or more years. It's more likely he is related somehow to the Alchemist or Capt. Shuggazoom since he looked so much like Chiro in the flash back. But who knows.
