Commission for aerys
He paid for a simple background, but I accidentally went with a detailed background. xD; There's SO much more I could have done, but man, this took many, many hours... BUT, I AM HAPPY WITH IT! I learned many new things, and like how Aerys is, he gave some lovely critique throughout the process. <3 It made this piece turn out better than if I didn't get a crit, so I'm always thankful to him for that!
My new favorite thing is painting shadows from the leaves on things. xD So fun to see how it turns out. <3
Also, this was a gigantic piece, too. I saved it down to 30% to upload... yeaaaah. xD At the end was when photoshop started to crash, but luckily I save a bunch so I barely lost anything. ALWAYS SAVE CONSTANTLY, KIDDIES!
If I did this on my Mac, I wouldn't have been able to do as much... SEE, DAD, THIS IS WHY I NEEDED A WINDOWS PC! OTHERWISE I CAN'T DO HUGE PIECES! GOSH.
