Add in some complicated maths that revolve around the speed varying depending on how warm, cold, dense or fluid the air is and it gets even harder to guess a winner

Love it, but its only a tie if sonic doesn't have a power ring or an emerald. Super Sonic could beat Rainbow.

I'd actually be interested in that battle. though as stated above, without a powerup Sonic would have difficulty even tying because of how equal their speeds are. but Super Sonic cheats, he can teleport or move at speeds so fast it appears he does.

La máxima velocidad de Sonic en Adventure es Mach 10, casualmente la misma que Rainbow cuando hace el Sonic Rainbow - supuesta mente - Sonic sin esfuerzo supera muy fácilmente alguien de mach 5, y en terminos generales Rainbow es como Jet mientras Sonic es un velocista más parecido a Flash por lo que salvo volar Sonic tiene muchas ventajas más a su favor.

En teoría cualquiera puede ganar.
