Scarlett has a PhD in Organic Chemistry, Microbiology, and Neurobiology. She represents the element of water and the sins of Lust and Vanity and is the boss you need to fight in chapter 7

Scarlett is as addicted to sex as she is to her lab and more often then not she can be found at 1 or the other.
Background/History
Scarlett's passion for microbiology and organic chemistry ended up landing her the position of head researcher for the CDC. before the raid on Summerlund. as much as she helped people with cures to deadly plagues and even the promise of a cure for cancer she had a hidden dark side.
