The picture is looking better all the time. This time around I added a bit more to the background, placing Chopper's backpack against the tree and a bag with his Rumble Balls beside it spilled out a bit. I have also begun to color in Chopper with shading as well as tweak his design a bit. I should have most if not all of him colored in next time and maybe some more added to the background should I decide on it.
