so I got this character from

Laine, and I love it already, going to go with it being a female, and going to love this character, I can tell already!

so there he was, shopping at walmart, carrying on about his business when he overheard a girl crying near the toy section of the store. Being the kind and caring guy that he is, he decided to go over and make sure that everything was OK. When he got there, he saw a cute young girl sitting slumped down on the floor crying her eyes out. He walked up to her, sat down beside her and asked the young cat girl what was wrong. she then informed him that her parents left here there and told her not to move, only to then run away from her, leaving her there all by herself. upon hearing this, his heart throbbed with pain, and he told her that everything was going to be OK. little did poor Rachel realize, but High Voltage was fully intent on keeping his word, and he fully intended to find out why her parents left her there by herself. after a month of trying to figure things out had passed, HV decided to adopt little Rachel to his family, and she was the first of many children he would end up adopting.

My back-story for Rachel, all thought up on the fly. man I do my best work when its on the fly...always have, and this one I really like, sad story with a happy ending...My favorite kind.
