This is a rather 'old' one, I guess you weren't sure about uploading it here sooner.
There is a futa and a naked version, but only this version is okay for the IB TOS.

FA is under maintanance right now, so I can't see if you are more active there, but maybe the FA 2 IB tool would come in handy.
I haven't tried it, but it basically copies all your selected submisssions you have uploaded on FA to IB.
Even our admin supports it. (if you have doubts about it)
