Incase you don't know, this is Frankie Foster from "Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends". Done completely out of boredom. This is one of the newer pics done by Tazz since she's come back. I tried to do Cell Shading here, and I think I need some more practice, but it's not too bad, I don't think... Anyways, was fun to do, just for the hell of it.
