Aw, so cute! It's so nice to see Mekiko with a smile on her face and having fun again! I really love what you've been doing with her, but it's nice to know that she's had some happy times in her life, or will have in the future. She looks so gorgeous in that outfit, too! I love her little polka-dot bra and panties. They seem about right for a girl her age. Her pants and coat are very pretty, too and I like how the blank and pink clothes are coordinated with her hair. I'll bet she's a marvel on the dance floor, too.
The flare/lighting effects are really well done! I like both versions, but I love how the one with flare makes you really feel like you're right there with her.

Yeah I really needed to do something bright and fun with her, as much as I like storyline it was bringing me down with it.... Needed something to lighten the mood.
My favorite thing about the flare/lighting is they where really easy to do, and look fairly decent I believe... also their is no shading in the pic.. everythings just that flare and lighting which took like five minutes or so... compared to shading. XD
