Note: Due to the kind of artwork acceptable on Inkbunny, the disclaimer below is less necessary, but I wrote it for DeviantArt and FurAffinity knowing that people there tend to be less "respectful" and quicker to attack things they don't understand. I just want to share more slices of Starmaninjian life with my friends/fans. I apologize if it sounds kind of sardonic, but still, better safe than sorry.
This is Choral Oceaphy. I was going to hold off until I got it colored, but I'll just upload the sketch for now. I actually drew this quite awhile ago, but mostly to practice drawing neutonic Starmaninjians (or...well...Baby Starmaninjians). You can see her eyes are very large compared to her tiny muzzle and her body is very infantile. Now one quirky thing about her that I'm SURE everyone's wondering about are the breasts. There are several explanations for why she has them that are specific to her (her species, the fact that she grew inside her egg, Ocealand's biological differences, etc), but it's really just a Starmaninjian detail. She's frankly too young to produce milk (hence no nipples), but she's not too young to store excess milk in her body (males store them elsewhere), and when she grows up, the storage will allow her body to adapt to it's new adult form far easier. It's a biological thing, not a sexual one, and while it may seem weird, it's the human mind that decides to sexualize things that might not be meant to be sexual, so any disrespecting comments are just a reflection of human nature's hypocracy. (though there's little I can do about that...I upload for the curious, not the ignorant)
That disclaimer aside, I'll try to have a full profile of Choral when I finish coloring her in.

Fun fact: Choral's mannerisms are based a lot on Mew in several ways. The way she moves, the voice she has (though she makes squeak noises instead of saying "Mew") and her insane power despite essentially being an infant.
Fact 2: YES, Choral's an infant. I wont' beat around the bush anymore. She's a baby Starmaninjian. Though that being said, unlike human babies (but much like most animal babies), Starmaninjians aren't helpless as newborns. While they can't speak easily and tend to be very curious, they are able to stand up for themselves when things get troublesome, and aren't entirely dependant on thier parents for support if it's impossible. There are several scenes in Choral's story that showcase her unleashing incredible power, and Runia, the foster mother of Choral and twin sister of Marine, points the power out as if it's somewhat common knowledge to Starmaninjians. This is all a failsafe to make sure that if a baby is in a situation where they can't be with thier parents (in Choral's case, the Intruders kidnapped them), they can still fend for themselves and survive.
Fact 3: and ONLY because I'm sure people are thinking of this because of the breasts...YES, Choral does have nipples and a vagina just like human babies do, and NO, mating with her at this age will NOT cause pregnancy. I won't get into details about how THAT works, (several cases of "Technically, you CAN do it without problems, but you have to realize this is a different universe where things work differnetly, these are not humans"), so for the sake of sanity, assume that Starmaninjians don't mate until after puberty and only breastfeed until then. Though on a solid note, the earliest a Starmaninjian can get pregnant is 5. They mature much faster than humans do though (and when I say faster....). Do note: she will never be publicly displayed with such at her age. Even if Starmaninja's a unique universe, I still must comply with Earth laws and I do NOT condone pedophilia. Heck I barely condone humans having sex until they're at least 30 and financially stable enough to have a kid, but hey, I didn't design earth biology.
Again, I apologize if I sound a big sardonic here. This is a very touchy subject, and I just want to come clean about it. I'm sure I may still get negative comments...ah well. Heaven wouldn't need to exist if life were perfect.
