Blisty live with her homosexuall father ( who's been a single parent raising her on his own) She did have a "papa" but he past away when she was very young.
Her and her dad have quite a bond but her father tends to worry when he see's her prancing around in her under wear ( he tends to freak out and yell at her to put some cloths on)
Aside her crazy spunky personality, she does have a heart when it comes to her dad and would hate if she lost him just like her "papa"
