The first, and thus oldest, of my more complete sketches. That being said, these'll progressively look better and better :V

Inspired by the game I was playing at the time - La Mulana, which I can't recommend enough if you're a fan of the Metroidvania genre.

La mulana's a fantastic game! The expression fits very well for it too - probably hit one of the many traps.
