This was my Halloween costume this year. Fallout: New Vegas is one of my favorite video games (yeah, now you know how I waste my time on instead of drawing more)
This is the NCR Veteran Ranger from the game. I built this costume in about a week and I'm pretty happy of the results, considering I spent about $12.00 on it. I went to the Coconut Grove Halloween party last night. Lots of people took pictures with me, but only two people recognized me as a character from Fallout.
The helmet was $2 and the coat was $10 at Goodwill (second hand store) The rest was done with stuff I already had at home. Old gloves, some sheets of plastic foam, spray paint and old newspapers.
