to have a descendant you gotta have a kid first to start it and dashie isnt the type to have kids, she often comes off as the type who would choose not to have kids with scootaloo as an exception but she sees scootaloo more like a lil sister then a daughter.

well theres the problem though. in the real world were limited by technology but in equestria were led to believe magic can do just about anything and that twilight has the power to create new spells, so a futa spell would be possible to create heck even a spell to just make an insemination spell would probably be within reason.
its most likely she wouldnt want a kid, so thats easily explain as she just chose not to have one, but if you really wanna say she did want a kid hmm you could explain it as although she wanted a kid she didnt want to use magic to have one cause it wouldnt feel natural to her or maybe shed be too concerned about possible side effects to have one with the use of magic.

technology is bound by logic and reason, even in cartoons if they have an impossible seeming machine or gadget they find a way to make it sound possible so itll be believable but in the end technology is bound by physics and what humanity can create with the tech available.
meanwhile magic is bound only by the imagination and the worlds rules on magic, the only stable seems to be that magic is like an energy source and the bigger the spell the more magic required. in mlp for example a spell to change someponies body was exhausting for twilight but still possible and that was before she became a princess. now she is and likely could have used a body altering spell with minimal trouble, and to become a princess she had to proove she could create new spells(for some reason), so she would definitely have the power, and ability coupled with her intelligence theres no doubt she could have created the spell.
look im not sayin you cant say what you wanna say, its your story and stuff, i was just sayin that sayin dashie doesnt have a descendant cause the magic doesnt exist just doesnt sound believable. thats all i was sayin then when you pressed the matter i offered a few answers that would be very believable and fit the situation but im not a writer(heck with my grammar i doubt most people would believe i even passed english lol) and this is your story so its up to you to decide what to do with my opinion.

So for me it would have been possible for her to even be with Spitfire, Daring Doo or even Discord if the author wants That is the point in Alternate universes. Anything could have happened.
