They are Semi Closed because in order to Obtain one you MUST be chosen by the Luck of the Shile.
This process will go as explained:

If you'd like one, you can note me. I will then ask you to pick a number 1-6.
Using a random number Generator, I will see if your number gets chosen.
IF you are chosen, then I will create a Shile for you***
IF NOT, then a Shile has not found you as a good companion.

BUT, If you REALLY want one, then that may come with a larger price and i will "search for a stray Shile" so you can "adopt" it.

***You will be expected to pay a small fee of $10 (or more if you specifically want rare features) for the combination design i give you if you follow through with this process.
