There's a lot of great stuff here (and no I don't just mean the fact she's in her undies... although... XD).
Jokes aside, this is a great picture. Really like how you used jags of light and dark for the fur in the middle of the tail and hair, and the soft shading all across it; together it just works amazingly. So does how you've done the eyes; truly love how you seem to do those in your art.
Think the texture you used for the underwear was a nice touch too (as is the little tab going over the tail; nice design); you've combined the lace shapes with the shading really well. Overall, amazing job I vote.
