His name is Cuddles from Happy Tree Friends. The Characters are so cute in there. But huge problem. >_<;; The cartoon there is too Bloody in deaths. Still wonder how did they revive in the next episode. O_O; I'd rather have clean and not too many dying in the cartoons. Try like Shivita :iconShivita: She draws them cute and not many got killed in her comics. ^_^
