I drew these before i started my Commercial Animation program. They may have been the subconscious start to my current characters but i doubt it. Just wanted to draw some ferals one day and came up with a winter coat coyote and wolf. extra floofy...but then that was my old art style. Maybe it still is? Tons of the puff fluff. These were drawn in ink with an artists black pen. To my memory, i dont think i used any erasers. that is why the anatomy was not perfect but then it rarely ever is. It is more that i was surprised i did decent anatomy at all, with pen and no ability to mess up and redraw.

Back at this time, decent art was sort of a fluke for me. some times i could just start to draw and it would look much better than the average 100 other drawings i did. This is why it has been hard to revisit old art and sort it by date, as it is so easy to mistake quality for date some new things look bad and some old things look decent.
