A Real ladies man, Quilly's had many girlfriends, and has boned many ladies in general.
he's like Echi. Except a Quilava, and much more energetic, and smaller.
Quilly also speaks in first person.

Energetic, Ladies man, mastermind, very intelligent, First-Person-Speakin'. Seductive and not afraid to talk about his fat "meat stick"

He loves himself a fat girl, he loves eating, gaming, and causing various flatuence.
Background/History
Quilly's in the wrong time Era.
He was born in the 1950s, but due to an odd time Machine experiment that caused him to be shot to the 60s and to be raised by a different family, another time rift shot him to the 70s, where he was raised more by another family, from there, he was shot to the 90s. Where I had found him.
Body
Short, about 4' 6", usually a noticable bulge in his pants. Fat, with noticable moobs that he looves to have played with.
