This is Voltra Sugarspray, the elemental Master of Poison. She is a Sprizu, which is Starmaninjian for Skunk or "Spraying Rodent". Now before I get into her, I must explain how Poison works as an element.

Poison is not a traditional element like it is in Pokemon, but rather the anti element for Health. Where Health focuses on Healing, Poison focuses on killing. As such, Poison types tend to focus on crippling thier opponents rather than using brute force to defeat them. They are also immune to even the strongest of toxins as their bodies, namely Voltra's, has a toxicity level strong enough to make an entire city of people drop dead just by accidently spraying in the wind while mildly annoyed. Good thing she lives in Starmaninja and not Earth. XD

Anyway, Voltra herself is a poison type. As I stated, her blood and cells contain very powerful toxins and she's not afraid of anything that most others would find very difficult to approach, even going as far as being able to down a glass of HCl without even flinching. Her body converts toxins to a form that she can use as an attack. The fact that she's a Starmaninjian skunk doesn't automatically make her a poison type, but she can use her tail to unleash a toxic cloud that will choke even a triple layer Hazmat suit (mostly cause it'll burn right through the suit like acid.

Her last name is peculiar though, "Sugarspray". Yes, despite her poison nature, she doesn't smell foul (or at least any worse than anyone else would), but in fact, her spray is quite fragnent. Almost like grapes in an orchard. This is because a stinky spray would encourage her enemies to cover their nose and run. Her spray encourages her enemies to breathe it in so they will die faster. Despite this, she still uses scents and odors as a way to dominate her prey. Smells in Starmaninja are very powerful means of hypnotizing others and attracting mates. So Voltra, and her daughter Honey, have that covered pretty much every way possible.

Personality: Voltra's personality is as toxic as her power. She tends to act very much like a witch. Very dominant, very bold and blunt about her powers. Her name is a play off the word "Revolting" because she's probably one of the most evilly dominant Starmaninjians to exist and makes sure anyone who enters her Swamp will understand that she is their deity while they're in there. Her lack of fear mostly comes from the fact that she's pretty much invincible, and she wants people to know that those who visit her are probaby visiting her to learn how to master poison. You have to be able to take the punishment, in order to dish the punishment. So her training may be cruel, but you'll thank her for her lack of mercy when you find that even the grossest of mold no longer fazes you, even physcially.

Power: Voltra is the master of poison. She is immune to most status effects and can inflict any of them with little effort. She's not much of a direct fighter, but will cripple her opponents to the point that they will not be likely to want to fight back, and since she's so resistant to everything that can be thrown at her (her defenses are really high), it's very tough to take her down. Her weakness is the weakness of all poison types, being a good healer. If you can heal off her attacks, there's not much more she can do to you, but she IS a Master. She knows how to mute a healer so they can't use magic.

Just another note:

Despite her name, nature and personality, Voltra isn't actually cruel. She's just a hardcore dominatrix. She actually is usually pretty kind and never beligerant at all. Hehe, just remember, this is Starmaninja. It may look like it's mean when a female forces someone to lick thier toes clean, but it's just their way of saying they love you! Being a bully is what turns them off.
