When Nathan Daniel Karr activates the seemingly (and factually) mundane wooden cross hanging from his neck, he transforms into Nate-Kar Sonichu, the Normal/Electric hedgehog pokemon.
His intelligence goes down, but he gains the ability to heal people. If a woman hugs him in this form, the Zodiac Curse turns him into a rabbit. (A normal, wimpy, non-anthropomorphic rabbit.) Dousing him with cold water turns him back into a human.
EDIT: Nowadays this character's Normal typing would become Fairy instead if I were ever to use him for some reason.
