Personality
He's very shy, and kinky, and very naughty at times, sometimes he'll openly admit it, sometimes he won't. He's able to control himself though, he'd ask someone before doing something to them, both men and the ladies, no matter how hot they are.
He loves serving people despite his Prince status, excluding his female form, Echia (will be introduced soon) who loves being bossy in kinky fassions.
Echiu generally is nice and very protective, always ready to fend up fro his friends.

he comes from the Draconeian Colonies, the Fire part of it, out of the Fire, Earth, Ice, Dark, and Air kingdoms, the Fire kingdom is full of laid back and chubby dragons, much like Echiu. It's a laid back lifestyle, which can also be tough and protective too.
Body
Fat, Red Scales, he has a dark, dark, red cowlick. No Markings.
Clothing
the only clothes you'd see him wear is purple pants, just that. and his glasses.
