This is Romancia Valentina. She is the Queen of Starmaninjian heaven known as "Angel Palace". A giant city in the sky where Angels live to talk about making sure good stays strong in Starmaninja. Romancia is the Queen of the Angels and is the one who mostly calls the shots, but due to her supreme status, it's very difficult to get an audience with her. She's actually a sub goddess, which basically means she has the authority and power of a goddess, but she's not exactly a goddess herself as she does have a physical Starmaninjian form and regularly can communicate and interact with Starmaninjians without having to go under a false identity. (Granted the true goddesses can do all that stuff, but they are so ethereal that they tend to live in an alternate dimension.) Romancia is also the mother of Melvin Holiday, and technically, Romancia is actually a couple of times bigger than most Starmaninjians, but not too much bigger. Kao standing up goes up to just above her knee.
Romancia is a very unique being among Starmaninjians, being that she's so far the only one of her type. She's a wyvern (the Starmaninjian name hasn't been decided, but I feel wyvern is universal) and is pretty much the rare example of a Starmaninjian with 2 toes rather than three. Fun fact: it's actually meant to make her paws shaped like hearts. Also Romancia does NOT have normal hands, but has wings for arms. She usually uses her talons to grab things and deal with stuff for that reason.
Personality wise: Romancia is an angel. In fact, she's so good, even the other angels show mild concern that she can't seem to feel an emotion that would allow her to defend herself. She's all around very good and always makes sure that all she talks to will leave with big smiles on thier faces. Incedently, Skullmanjo was so worried that he actually gave her a defensive form who shows extreme levels of darkness and offense so that she could defend herself. This form is known as Deathlancia and she turns grayscale, piercing red eyes, and her claws look bloodier in terms of color. She also tends to look angry in this form. Many thought she wouldn't turn this way very often or only if she had to, but ironically...she's been known to turn to this form VERY quickly when necessary. Skull thinks he added too much of his Generic power to her.
Powerwise: Romancia is a speed type character as she doesn't have much physical strength, but can fly like slicing through wind. She has magic powers revolving around healing though, being able to heal any wounds, no matter how deep they feel, physical or mental (and if it doesn't work, you're not a Starmaninjian...). She's mostly a type who likes to get rid of pain and suffering, but in her Deathlancia form, she exchanges her healing powers for powers that cause pain very easily. Her wings turn razor sharp to slice through skin and she can turn someone into a puddle of blood if she felt like it. Remember, Deathlancia is not "her being tough" it's an alternate personality completely that happens to have the same mind and body.
