Second Stage boss of my Shooter, Eternal Twilight.
Of those who have been working on the game with me, Kiki is the favourite of the new characters introduced.

Heres a short Bio, and Story.
Kiki Tanioka
Species: Hanyou (Youkai Blood Variant Unknown)
Ability: Mimicry of Spells
Residence: Forest of the Dead

A girl of about nineteen, Kiki is a schizophrenic, avoided for her constant chatter to people who are seemingly not there, as well as her generally odd manner. Because so many people avoided her when she was out in the open, she moved to the Forest of the Dead to live among the restless spirits of children that had gotten lost on the way to Higan.

When she was a small girl, her human father and youkai mother left the Human Village to seek a better life for themselves and their daughter. However, a small group of purists from the village stopped them on the road, and slew Kiki’s father. Her mother flew into a rage, but the radicals were able to kill her by dropping a tree on her. They were about to kill Kiki at that point, but Keine had showed up and scared them off. Keine helped Kiki with the burial of her parents, as well as with day-to-day things until the girl left. Since then, the hanyou has had a soft spot in her heart for the therian, and has dedicated an entire section of her poetry to her. These were mostly the ones about undying nights. All of this became a forgotton history however, concealed by Keine's to consume, conceal, and create history.

After witnessing her parents slaughtered in front of her, Kiki vowed to protect those close to her and never let them get hurt again. It was at this point that she began to steal others’ magic. Having encountered three prominent spellcasters over her life thus far, she is satisfied by the amount of power she can wield and keeps the methods of casting the stolen spells, as well as the procedures for mimicking other spells, in a white grimoire that she always keeps near her person.

She also had nothing to do with the incident, but since the Forest of the Dead was a place that near nobody went, and also that there was rumoured to be a strange witch living there, Marisa went to investigate.

Mokou came to the same conclusion, but was once again simply bored of finding dead ends.

Kiki attacked them after she found out they had harassed the many restless spirits that followed her around.

After her battle with Mokou, Kiki begins to reconsider her policy of stealing others’ techniques, since they had no effect on the phoenix.

After her battle with Marisa, she found that talking with people comforted her, and she decided to leave the Forest of the Dead to seek friends.

Her bullet patterns are irregularly erratic, but thankfully for us, the players, slow.
