This is made for Verona's birthday back in 2006.

Dimitri pops out of the birthday cake to show off his "GREASY SWEET" abs! Some people noticed that he has a gut in Sly 3 and Dimitri decided to work out to get these abs. He popped out of the birthday cake because he wanted to be a surprise. Enjoy the picture Verona!
