A rough around the edges, snarky, moody jerk. He's really quite nice and kind hearted, but just tries too hard to be cool.

Very dark/desaturated blue fur coloration. Golden eyes and markings with a shock of electric sky blue hair. Slightly taller than average, and only a small bit of muscle tone. Always has a bit of scruff on his chin.
